The Joint Environmental Markets Unit (JEMU) is a UK Government unit with responsibility for promoting and supporting the UK environmental industry. The unit is jointly supported by the Department for Environment,Food and Rural Affairs and the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.
The Technology Partnership Initiative (TPI) is the UK Government's response to calls from developing and rapidly industrialising countries for better access to information on environmental technologies. TPI covers all non-developed countries and is administered by JEMU.
